Morgan is a key member of the TMG office brokerage team, specializing in office tenant representation. With a strong focus on lease negotiations and relocations, Morgan serves a diverse client base delivering strategic solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

The office market was hit hard by COVID and the new realty of hybrid working has greatly reduced office footprints globally.  “Morgan has stayed focused on providing solutions for his clients in a very volatile time in the office market,” said Marat Safir Principal at TMG.

A native Chicagoan, Morgan grew up in the vibrant neighborhoods of Taylor Street and Bucktown/Wicker Park. He attended the prestigious Archbishop Quigley Preparatory Seminary School and earned his undergraduate degree in Business Marketing from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, where he was also a member of the golf team. Morgan brings a deep appreciation for Chicago’s culture and community, often introducing friends and clients to his favorite “secret” city spots. Outside of work, he is an active athlete—playing basketball, hockey, and softball—and is an avid golfer.
