TMG Real Estate Advisors is pleased to announce it has facilitated the sale of an 85,000 SF craned industrial facility for a metals service center – steel plate distributor & processor. The TMG Metals team was faced with the challenge to quickly sell a unique specialty asset located in a tertiary market while also meeting the client’s financial and time requirements. Speed and efficiency were critical to meet the goal of completing the transaction by year-end. The TMG Metals Team implemented a dynamic strategy that generated multiple competitive offers, ultimately securing a buyer that met the client’s price and time expectations.

The building featured multiple cranes with varied tonnage up to a 25 ton capacity, an 80’ bay span, and a 24’ under-hook height. The Metals Team process generated an extraordinary level of interest largely attributed to the increased reshoring of manufacturing in North America coupled with unique features of the property.
