CHICAGO – TMG Real Estate Advisors (TMG) is pleased to announce the addition of its newest team member, Victor Maliakkal. Victor joined in February 2024 as an advisor, collaborating closely with TMG partner Ryan Phillips and his team. He will focus on new business development and nurturing relationships with existing clients in TMG’s industrial tenant representation practice.

Victor brings a unique skill set to TMG with a robust background in financial planning and analysis at Link Logistics, as well as lease advisory services at both RSM and Deloitte. His time demand planning at KeHE Distributors has also enhanced his understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain management.
