Real estate brokerage firm continues to grow and prosper

CHICAGO – TMG Real Estate Advisors (TMG) is pleased to announce the promotion of Andris Lizenbergs, Rob Prioletti and Jimmy Yfantopulos.   These team members have been elevated in recognition of individual accomplishments, as well as their leadership and significant contributions to TMG’s continued growth and success.  Since last year, they have collectively completed transactions totaling 1.3 million square feet valued at over $106 million.

• Andris Lizenbergs, who recently celebrated five years with TMG, has been promoted to Senior Vice president. Specializing in industrial tenant representation both locally and nationally, Andris has worked with companies across industry sectors.
• Rob Prioletti has been promoted to Vice President. Rob has completed several complex transactions since joining the TMG team three years ago.  As part of TMG’s Supply Chain Solutions team, Rob focuses on the greater O’Hare market, while also fulfilling client needs nationally.
• Jimmy Yfantopulos has been promoted to Senior Advisor.  Since joining TMG  less than two years ago, Jimmy has quickly developed into a trusted client advisor in the Fox Valley submarket and valued team member.

Lizenbergs, Prioletti and Yfantopulos represent a diverse group in the logistics space including 3PLs, freight forwarders, research and development, and manufacturers. They have also completed a wide range of transactions including purchases, new leases, lease extensions, space expansions, subleases, land acquisitions, and project management.
